01 / MINIMUM DATA

Email and consent only

The planned list stores the minimum needed to honor a subscription: a protected email address, consent version and time, status, and unsubscribe history. It will not collect portfolio, brokerage, research, or behavioral-profile data.

02 / OWNED RECORD

A controlled source of truth

The durable opt-in ledger will remain under The Desk's control. A future email provider may deliver messages, but it will not become the only record of consent or deletion.
